There’s New Toxins Every Generation 😖 (We Must Detox These to Evolve to Our Highest Potential) 🐦‍🔥
Since the industrial revolution there’s been a non stop assault of toxins, some more prevalent with certain generations but they all need to come out of us at some point. For most it’ll be 6 feet under as these toxins can linger in our cells for a lifetime, but for others, ourselves here in Avalon, the focus is to get them out in waves and keep them out so we can function at the highest caliber. That’s why soon we will start a Spring Cleaning Liver Detox ♻️ together, for whoever is interested. If you really want to take your health to the next level you need to help your body remove this onslaught of toxins that are accumulating in your cells, liver, pancreas and thyroid. That will help you have more daily energy, mental clarity and radiant skin. We must get the chemicals out, and the nutrition in. There’s many toxins we will focus on removing or dramatically reducing, some of these being: 🧯❌ PCBs: The ultimate “legacy” toxin. Banned in the 70s but still found in our soil and bodies because they refuse to break down. 🏠⚠️ Radon: The silent, radioactive roommate. It’s a natural gas that creeps into basements and is the second leading cause of lung cancer. 🏎️💨 Benzene: Smells like gasoline and acts as a carcinogen. Found in everything from industrial solvents to cigarette smoke and car exhaust. 🐝🪦 Neonicotinoids: The bee-killer pesticide. It’s great at protecting agricultural mega corp profits but terrible for the pollinators we actually need to survive. 🌾🥣 Glyphosate: The world’s most famous weedkiller. It’s on our lawns, in our farms, and somehow found its way into our breakfast cereal. ♾️🍳PFAS (Forever Chemicals): Non-stick, waterproof, and literally impossible to get rid of. They’re called "Forever” because they never, ever leave. 🧴🧾 BPA and Phthalates: The plastic team that mess with your hormones. Found in water bottles and receipts, they’re the ultimate endocrine disruptors. 💳🌊 Microplastics: The newest addition to the human anatomy. We’re currently eating roughly a credit card’s worth of plastic every single week.

Cool idea Shane. The idea that it's imperative to change filters in the cars we drive, do oil changes, protect against rust etc etc, but many of the people who are vigilant about these things will scoff at the idea of cleansing the body and protecting it as much as we can is crazy to me.
The battle between alternative healing and the allopathic system.
Just wanted to leave this here. I've learned that many very useful alternative health supplements, devices and concepts in general will be battered down by certain forces. Even certain repurposed drugs get the nasty treatment by certain so called authorities. Ivermectin is good example of that. So is LDN (one of the most useful drugs in the book, I will talk more about this one soon). There is bad advice offered on both sides. You have to dive deep to try and get to the truth. Just because something is deemed as quackery by groups like quack watch doesn't mean what you're reading is true. The same can go for some of the alternative health advice out there. That's what's cool about this group is that it's a discussion place with great advice and a place to share positive or negative experiences. I took high doses of B12 once and it hurt!
Electro Medicine
I love the idea of electro medicine. Our bodies are electric (AI Overview Our bodies are profoundly electric, using bioelectricity to drive essential functions like nerve signaling, muscle contraction, and heartbeat regulation. Cells generate electricity via charged ions—sodium, potassium, and calcium—traveling across membranes, with the human body producing around 100 watts of power at rest.) So why would certain electro medicine devices not be of benefit? I have a machine that cost me a lot. One i would absolutely love to have is good PEMF device. Most people don't know about them, but people with very expensive horses do. Athletes know about it too. The general public is left in the dark for the most part. You will only find them in specialized clinics. It's well worth knowing about. here is some info -- Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy leverages low-frequency electromagnetic fields to enhance cellular function, significantly reducing pain and inflammation while accelerating tissue healing. By stimulating molecular pathways and increasing microcirculation, PEMF helps repair muscles, bones, and tendons, offering a non-invasive, drug-free option for recovery. Long Island Spine Rehabilitation Medicine, PC +4 Key Health Benefits and Mechanisms - Reduced Pain and Inflammation: PEMF reduces pain receptor sensitivity and stimulates the release of endorphins. It has shown efficacy in reducing osteoarthritis-related pain and stiffness. - Enhanced Tissue Healing and Regeneration: PEMF stimulates collagen synthesis and promotes the regeneration of tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. It is highly effective in bone repair and wound healing. - Improved Cellular Energy (ATP): PEMF helps restore normal cellular function, enhancing the production of cellular energy (ATP) and accelerating recovery. - Enhanced Blood Circulation: PEMF acts as a vasodilator, increasing nitric oxide production, which improves blood flow to damaged tissues. - Accelerated Athletic Recovery: Athletes use PEMF for faster muscle recovery, reduced soreness, and improved performance.
Don't Sleep with Your Door Closed... 😫🚪⚠️
This in my estimation is a major reason people wake up feeling un-rested, stuffy, brain foggy and low energy. These modern airtight homes we all live in are slow-motion suffocating us - and no one seems to be talking about it. Consider that every night we spend 8 hours in sealed boxes, breathing back in our own exhaled CO₂. By 3 AM, for most people, the air in your bedroom is often worse than a crowded office. 😖 People drop thousands of dollars on biohacking, supplements, health food, and hydrogen water… yet we go to sleep every night and spend 8 hours oxygen deprived. Our ancestors never slept like this. Even in caves, fresh air was always flowing. The solution is embarrassingly simple: Open the windows🪟 Let real fresh air in 🌬️ Your brain, mood, and energy will thank you.

Very cool vid Shane. It reminds me ofJohn Harvey Kellogg. (I know! can you believe the inventor of modern cereal was a major advocate for natural healing?) He did get good results with this philosophy. Here is an AI rundown - Dr. John Harvey Kellogg, director of the famous Battle Creek Sanitarium ("the San") from 1876 to 1943, was a staunch advocate of "biologic living," which heavily featured sleeping outside and exposure to fresh air as fundamental healing methods. He believed that natural elements, combined with a strict vegetarian diet and exercise, could cure a wide array of ailments. Wikipedia +4 Sleeping Outside and "Open-Air" Methods - Outdoor Sleeping Porches: Patients at the Battle Creek Sanitarium were encouraged to sleep in the open air. The facility featured specialized porches and areas designed for this purpose, allowing patients to breathe fresh, cool air throughout the night. - Cold-Air Treatment: Kellogg believed that exposure to cold air and sunlight was essential for stimulating the skin and strengthening the body. - "Sun-Bathing": Along with sleeping outside, patients were encouraged to engage in sun-bathing and outdoor activities to improve their health. Context of Kellogg's Healing Methods - The Sanitarium Environment: The "San" was designed to feel like a mixture of a luxurious hotel and a medical hospital, where patients were taught to stay well through preventative habits rather than just taking medicine. - Other Natural Treatments: Beside sleeping outdoors, treatments included hydrotherapy (water cures), electric light baths (a cabinet lined with bulbs), vigorous exercise, and strict vegetarian meals. - Preventative Focus: Kellogg's approach, often called "biologic living," was a reaction against the unhealthy diets and lifestyles of the time. "Back in the Day" Context - "The Road to Wellville": This era of intense, nature-based, and sometimes unconventional medical treatment at Battle Creek was portrayed in the book and subsequent film, The Road to Wellville. - Famous Patients: The Sanitarium attracted many well-known figures in the early 20th century, including Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, and Amelia Earhart, who all participated in these, at the time, cutting-edge "health-building" methods.
