Heat Training
is it worth doing and does it really help?

You can heat train by being outside and acclimating to the heat and humidity every day
Hills a benefit?
Hill’s friend or foe? Do you like them? Why/why not?

@Rhyss Murty my slogan is “Hills were meant to climb and add adventure to life” The idea is to embrace the suck. It will lessen as you repeat it. It also helps when you change the cogs on the rear cassette to a 34 or 36.
🔥 DEBATE OF THE WEEK
"Indoor cycling is cheating — real progress only happens on the road." With Zwift, TrainerRoad, and smart trainers, more and more riders barely go outside anymore… But is that really the same as riding out in the wind, the hills, and the chaos of real roads? 🌧️ Is indoor riding a powerful training tool… or just a comfort zone that slows down real progress?🤔 Do you prefer sweating in your living room or battling the elements? Make your case below 👇

Weather dictates where I train. Indoors or outside, indoor training just keeps the forward momentum.
