Hey everyone, My agency has been gaining some traction working with voice AI for law firms. I’ve been using GHL for client management, basic automation, and some AI voice, and it’s worked well to get us off the ground. Now that i'm ready to scale, It's time to look at tools that are better suited for our voice AI service at the level of service I want to deliver, especially platforms that offer fluid, human-like voice interactions. I’m familiar with tools like Vapi, Bland, Retell, Synthflow, etc. and even n8n voice AI build-outs, but I’d love to hear from those of you who’ve tested them in real-world scenarios. Which ones have actually worked best for you? And is there one you’d recommend specifically for the legal niche? Appreciate the feedback.
