Put the effort in!
This program is not easy....decide at the start you will do it all the way....it is a commitment to your future self. If you do not think you have the time or gas in your tank to commit at least 3 hours a week to this project (in addition to the 1.5 hours of Zoom time) , then do your self a favor and re-do your schedule so that you have undiluted time to give a focused effort. You will be better for it now and from now on... YOUR FUTURE SELF WILL THANK YOU
My Story
Efrain Medina – My Story / Primary Aim (Written on May 10th, 2026) Today is Saturday, May 10th, 2031. It is a beautiful spring morning. I am grateful, and I feel at peace. I am grateful to God for all He has given me. Today is Mother's Day in Mexico; I will call my mom to congratulate her and tell her that I love her. My mother still lives in the village where I was born. Here at our ranch in Issaquah, my son, Efraín, is about to go to school. Efraín is fully recovered, strong, and healthy. He is happy living on the ranch and spending time with his friends. He continues to play sports and loves to go outside. Juliana, my daughter, is happy with her work and lifestyle. Juliana enjoys traveling; this summer, she will be traveling through Europe, something she has been planning for two years now. Brenda, my wife, and I love the peace of mind we have today. Since we moved, we have embraced a healthier lifestyle; we eat cleaner and exercise constantly. I weigh 210 pounds and feel strong—as if I were 30 years old and not the 50 that I am! I am proud of the business we have built and the caliber of people we have on our team. This year, our goal is to surpass $3M in production with a net margin of 17%. After Q1, we are a little ahead of our numbers. Another thing that fills me with pride is my new venture, which has been growing for two years. It has already reached 50 contractors whom I have been able to help with their businesses. This business focuses on consulting and coaching for small businesses. The cost is low because I do it not for monetary gain, but out of gratitude to those who helped me when I was a novice in business matters. Last January, for my birthday, I fulfilled a dream: buying a Porsche convertible. Now that it is spring, we have used it a couple of times, but in a few weeks, we will be enjoying the car even more. This summer, we will visit my brothers and mom in Jalisco. Also, we will be looking at condos in Puerto Vallarta with the intention of buying one. We want it to be beautiful, centrally located,

I enjoyed reading your Vision @Efrain Medina. It will be fun to have that Porsche, not only to drive but to look at see as a beautiful token of your success!
Big Thanks
Hi Gang Thank you so much for sharing this process together...and Josh for creating this system to help me define who I want to be and a method to actually become my best self. Setting a vision, defining milestones, establishing goals and finally scheduling and stacking simple behaviors through reverse engineering....I feel very encouraged! My life is built on certain habits....habits of thinking and habits of behavior.....habits that will encrust and limit me or habits that are like small building blocks that raise me higher and higher to greater excellence.....excellence that I can then direct inwardly and outwardly to love and serve. Josh, I am just proud as hell of you and so pleased to call you friend!

See Y'all soon!!!
My vision for Wednesday May 7, 2031 (First Draft)
Wednesday, May 7, 2031 I awaken energized and rested at 5am with a fully planned day ahead. Stacy and I always start with coffee together with some catch up conversation. I head straight to the gym for weight workout till 7:45 and then down to SRF for an hour of calming meditation and prayer. At 9am it is off on my carbon fiber road bike either up to Encinitas and back or down to Imperial beach and back. Tomorrow at the same time it will be into the pool for a ¼ mile swim. Last week, I was with the family up at the Wine Country 100 where I rode the 100 mile course on my beautiful carbon fiber road bike while the grandkids and the brothers do the 13k together….we had a wonderful time at a big air bnb with a big family barbeque with some of my siblings along as well with their grand kids. At 1pm I am in my shop building something fun…..like another cyclekart that I take on trips with the family to rallies. This afternoon it is coaching my grandkids at whatever they are doing…..probably golf, soccer or baseball this time of year. My health and strength are better than ever and my balance is very much improved so I am riding a skateboard again! I am looking forward to a canoe race this weekend with my canoe paddling team….a great group of fun people Tomorrow I am meeting with an old friend to enjoy breakfast and a discussion on books we are reading….War and Peace and some stoic Philosophy. Dinner with Stacy and then a fun TV series we enjoy together then off to bed by 8pm with a deep and restful sleep
