To be honest, for a moment I felt uneasy. I opened my account with some tension... Fortunately, everything is fine; the account is okay. In regional markets, everything is OK, but in the U.S., it's dogs.
I understand, the U.S. market has been a bit weak lately, so some positions there may look like (dogs.) The important thing is that your account is safe and everything is functioning normally. Markets move in cycles, and it's quite common to see different regions perform differently at times. If you'd like, I can take a look at the U.S. positions and see what might be causing the weakness. There are usually a few simple adjustments we can make, sometimes it's just a matter of rebalancing or waiting for the market to turn. I’m happy to help with it and we can sort it out together.
@Igor O I understand your point, and you're right that if the issue is coming directly from Amazon’s data centers, it’s not something any of us can fix on our side. When I said I could help, I didn’t mean I could change their infrastructure. What I meant is that sometimes these kinds of technical glitches show up as account or data issues, and there may be ways to verify what’s happening, check the account status, or find a temporary workaround while the underlying issue is being resolved.
