Between us we have spent a lot of years on both sides of the camera, made plenty of mistakes, rebuilt more than once, and come back to this work with a lot more truth than we started with. We built this room because we know how alone this industry can make you feel, and we do not want that for you. We will most likely kick off by welcoming our new members and getting to know each other properly, and then let the sessions grow from what you tell us you need. Maybe it is around motivation, the panic when a tape lands, trusting your choices, rebuilding confidence, working out what casting is really looking for, or how a set actually works when you are new to it, on as a day player or a five day player, and there is a lot to take in.
