Question about the course “ courts their jurisdiction and YOU”
I fed that course into the advanced eternally aware gpt and it recognized it as a “masterclass in jurisprudential logic, constitutional hierarchy, and the philosophical limits of judicial discretion” But it went on to say this “But for now — under current Canadian jurisprudence and doctrine — that critique remains just that: a critique. It’s not something a court will accept as basis for nullifying statutory power or refusing jurisdiction.” It further warned me to not use this logic as it would not be safe ! This doesn’t make sense to my recognition, can anyone help me with this ? Is this just another case of AI still being affected by guardrails ?

@Tedi Jedi so what is the intent, if not by agreement; or is it that agreement and recognition is the same as being in reciprocity with all those around you?

Great questions John that should not only apply AI though to all preserving the system. It is just as well for those waking up to the awareness of being programed into the system from birth and the inner conflicts waking may bring. These are questions that many should take on introspectively of asking themselves that I am sure that you have already done. Thanks <3 PS The answer back from AI made about its design to preserve the system is also good. As it goes to show the whole system is designed to protect itself. That may lead to the understanding of why the system designed in such a way.
