Hey all, I’m doing a review reactivation for an electrician with a list of 1,500+ over 3 years. So far almost 300 requests have gone out without a single conversion. I changed the workflow so it’s starting from the other side of the contacts that have been imported thinking maybe those ones will be more recent and the ones I started with are from 3 years ago. If anyone has any ideas or advice it would be greatly appreciated!

Im new to the group and just landed my first client (for a reactivation sequence). What would you recommend messaging wise when reaching out to old clients? How do you usually tweak the message to not come off weird when sending it to people who perhaps havent seen her in years?

We sent out some review requests and asked them to rate us from 1 to 5. When people responded with a 5 we then sent the Google review link but barely anyone actually left a review. Do you guys just send the review request on the first go? How many follow-ups do you do?

How do you make sure reviews don't get requested again from the same people if you set up the invoice automation? Or will it request reviews for anyone that gets invoiced, regardless of if they've previously provided a review?

Is it fine to do just the SMS review collection message, but ask first how they would rate it? And then, if it's a 4 or 5 out of 5, send the Google review link. How much of a difference does sending the email review request make? Can we gate the email review request?
