Differences in B2B vs B2C
Talked with a potential client today and he stated that reviews are easily gotten from industries that interact directly with customers vs industries that deal with managers, have many sub contractors, and are just too busy to click things and leave reviews. I had not thought of that situation. What are your findings on this topic? Do you see a difference between b2b and b2c?

Reviews being “easily gotten” is always relative, the review automation software will always yield better results than having the tech/biz owner ask directly or any other method. Even if they think they’re getting a good amount of reviews I always instill it in them that they could be getting more, and that’s how I always handle that objection. Yes there is truth when your asking a customer for a review rather than someone who subcontracts/gets subcontracted b2c will have better results from my personal experience. Over arching thing here tho - a lot of biz owners will try to educate you and think that they are experts in marketing and other areas in our industry. I would always take what they say with a grain of salt/stand your ground. Remember you are the expert and a lot of biz owner can’t accept the fact that they don’t know how to market themselves which is why they agreed to talk with you in the first place lol.
High Opt Out Rate on Review Reactivation
I’m running a review reactivation and recently got an email from GHL letting me know they’re pausing my message sending ability because the opt out rate hit 6%. I’m only about 1/5 of the way through the list or so. I thought about maybe turning off sending with opt out verbage? I’m sending on toll free if that matters. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
Review Reactivation Timeframe?
Hey all, I’m doing a review reactivation for an electrician with a list of 1,500+ over 3 years. So far almost 300 requests have gone out without a single conversion. I changed the workflow so it’s starting from the other side of the contacts that have been imported thinking maybe those ones will be more recent and the ones I started with are from 3 years ago. If anyone has any ideas or advice it would be greatly appreciated!

@Smart Luke ah I see, sorry for not clarifying. My client sends invoices through Joist, so I’d like that contact to be put into their GHL sub account whenever they send an invoice through Joist so it will automatically send a review request when a contact is made. Thanks for the help
