This space exists to help you get things out of your head, not to fix them. Come here when: - Something is looping in your brain - You’re frustrated, overstimulated, or overwhelmed - ADHD made something harder than it “should” have been - You just need to put it somewhere that isn’t your head You don’t need to be calm. You don’t need to explain everything. You don’t need to stay. What to post - One sentence or a short paragraph - A feeling, a frustration, or a moment - Something you keep replaying - Something you don’t want to carry anymore Examples: - “I feel behind no matter how hard I try.” - “I’m exhausted from masking at work.” - “I missed something important again and I hate that feeling.” What not to do: - Don’t fix it - Don’t explain it away - Don’t turn it into a story unless you want to - Don’t stay here scrolling This is not a debate space. This is not a problem-solving space. Once you’ve posted: 1. Pause for one breath 2. Remind yourself: “I put it there.” 3. Leave the page You don’t need to check for replies. You don’t need validation. You’re allowed to move on. How to interact with others (optional) If you reply to someone else: - Lead with empathy, not advice - “I relate” > “You should” - If you want to give advice, ask first A simple “You’re not alone” is enough.
