Has anyone read any good technical books about how to get the most out of Chat-GPT, especially on prompt engineering?

I had the privilege of speaking at Webit in Sofia, Bulgaria, last week. Prior to the event, I had the honour of meeting the prime minister of Bulgaria, and we spoke about the quality of programmers in the region.
