What Peptides Are Your Must Haves Outside Of GLPs?
I know every post you're seeing out there right now is fear-mongering about GLP-1s going away after 12/31. We just have to wait and see what happens at this point. I'm not going to speculate anymore because there are so many possibilities. I will say if a company is contributing to this and it turns out to be a marketing ploy, they will lose ALL trust and be removed. That begs the question, what other research peptides could you not live without outside of the GLPs? Please drop them down below with your reasoning 👇

@Derek Pruski I don’t disagree. But having been doing this my self for almost 2 years it just seems strange that on a holiday the government is going to enforce this just doesn’t add up to me.

@Derek Pruski agree totally so will just sit and wait. Which is not hard for most. But all the extra crap being told by those who Juat want to sell and are fear mongering is not helping.
🚨 Clearing Up the Peptide Noise (Please Read)
⚠️ Important Context Before You Read This is purely anecdotal. I don’t have a crystal ball, I’m not a regulator, and I do not know what the future has in store. Everything below is based on what I’m personally hearing from companies in the space and how the regulatory process typically works — not guarantees or predictions. 🚨 Clearing Up the Peptide Noise (Please Read) I want to keep everyone in the loop because there’s a ton of misinformation flying around right now. I’ve personally heard conflicting stories from 15–20 different companies, and many influencers are exaggerating or spreading half-truths. Let’s break this down into three clear points. 1️⃣ Are GLP peptides being taken down? Yes — but not industry-wide (yet). GLPs like Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide are being targeted, but only around ~5 companies have actually received notices so far. This matches part of what Jay Campbell has discussed — where things get distorted is the claim that this is already affecting the entire industry. That’s not true at this moment. Reality check: - If this were industry-wide, everyone would have notices - Or there would be a new law making RUO GLPs illegal - Neither has happened yet Could this expand? Yes Is it happening immediately to everyone? No This appears to be a slow process, not an overnight shutdown. 2️⃣ Are RUO peptides legal? What’s Class 1 vs Class 2? Yes — RUO peptides are legal as long as they are not marketed for human consumption. So no, all peptides are not being banned. Class 1 (Compoundable Peptides) Compounding pharmacies can only compound peptides that: - Have a USP–NF monograph, OR - Are part of an FDA-approved drug, OR - Appear on the FDA 503A or 503B Bulks List These are commonly referred to as Class 1 peptides. Class 2 (Non-Compoundable Peptides) These peptides: - Are not FDA-approved - Do not appear on FDA bulk lists - Or appear on the FDA “Do Not Compound” list These are considered Class 2 and are generally too high-risk or illegal for pharmacies to compound.

All this will do if it passes in my opinion would turn into the steroid market. Still get it. Just all underground and less likely to be safe but will Still be used by the majority that don’t mind those kind of things. They did the same with steroids and that didn’t stop anyone. Each steroid carries a fine and 1-5 years. And trust me it hasn’t stopped anyone. Again this is all My thinking.

@Grant Morton The steroid market goes through this ever 3-5 years. Is going on right now with A few products.
🔬 My Retatrutide Research Update: The Muscle Building Phase Game Changer
Alright community, it's time to share my experience with retatrutide in a muscle growth/bulking context. Let me break down the science AND my real-world results. Remember all of this info is for research purposes only, not medical advice, and do not copy. Understanding Retatrutide: The Triple Threat Retatrutide hits THREE different receptors. Here's what each one does: 🎯 GLP-1 Receptor: - Slows how fast your stomach empties - Reduces appetite through brain signaling - Helps your pancreas release insulin when you eat - Lowers glucagon (which normally raises blood sugar) 🎯 GIP Receptor: - Boosts insulin even more than GLP-1 - Improves how your body handles fat and nutrients - Reduces food intake through different pathways - Makes fat cells more insulin sensitive 🎯 Glucagon Receptor (THE KEY DIFFERENCE): - Increases your metabolic rate - Burns stored fat for energy - Reduces fat buildup in your liver - Helps preserve muscle during weight changes Why Reta Feels "Weaker" Than Tirzepatide Here's the thing: retatrutide's GLP-1 activation is intentionally weaker than tirz or sema. Why? Because glucagon normally increases appetite and blood sugar. So you need some GLP-1 to balance it out, but not so much that you kill your appetite completely. This is actually PERFECT for bulking. The gastric emptying is there, but way less pronounced. I've never gotten the same food noise reduction on reta compared to tirz. And that's exactly what you want when you're trying to EAT to grow. The "Eat More, Gain Less Fat" Phenomenon This is where it gets crazy. Here's what's actually happening: 1️⃣ Your Metabolism Runs Hotter Glucagon activation increases your metabolic rate by 5-10%. You're literally burning more calories doing nothing. 2️⃣ Your Body Burns Fat Preferentially Even when you're eating MORE, the glucagon component shifts your body to burn fat for fuel instead of storing it. You're in a surplus, but calories are being oxidized, not stored. 3️⃣ Better Nutrient Partitioning

Been saying this for awhile now. Reta is fame changer for gaining muscle when done right. This is. A great explanation. Spot on. The mots c is great as well but for the ss-31 didn’t seem so much so and in NAD 3x weekly. But this is what works for me. Like you said before ifs all about balance and what works for your research and goals.

Well for me when I was on a higher dose I never stopped being hungry but as a bodybuilder who competes I guess I have trained my self to eat no matter what. But I was losing weight so ran with it. It was also in a cut for a show. But I did find the benefits of it with a lower dose for the insulin point. Just took some figuring out what dose. I believe the hunger increase is totally due to the insulin. The reason think this is there is a pill called glygolog and it’s soil purpose is to make insulin partitioning better for nutrient absorption and it makes you eat more carbs. If you then without eating it will cause a drop in blood sugar. I think Reta on a low dose does this very thing but a lot more controlled.
