You’re all so incredibly kind, funny, and genuinely uplifting. I find myself coming here every day, more times than I can count, just to see what everyone’s up to. Why are they not all over? 🎒 Pokémon: My boys were obsessed growing up. I think I've blocked most of that time period for survival reasons! 📚 Current Skool challenge: Reshaping and rebranding my ecosystem, and then figuring out tiers 👋 About me: I’m a nervous system coach, SLP of 25 years, journal creator (yes, I have a pink one even), and host of Building Resilience podcast. I live in Toronto with my husband and our blended family of five young adults. I teach people how to befriend their nervous system using both evidence based and creative ways so they can feel more peace, capacity, and joy (and often less chronic pain, illness, and symptoms). I am a huge believer in nurturing our inner children. For years i neglected mine.Then 3 years ago i decided no more and started filling a stocking and buying myself gifts. This year i have bought myself a new iphone and case and lots of smellies, socks, sweets etc for my stocking. I get one of my kids to wrap the gifts and put them in my stocking ( teaching them for when they are older). My partner is buying me some things to help with my skool journey, like a better round light. so, what would you like Santa to bring you?

Hey everyone! I'm from Arizona. Favorite color orange/ purple/ red Favorite Pokémon...don't have one. My ex and my kids were into that. I recall a name...charzard?
