OpenClaw Money-Saving and Secure Setup Tips
In this video, I address three key questions about using OpenClaw: how to make money with it, ensure its security, and avoid excessive spending on tokens. I walk you through setting up OpenClaw in a secure environment using Orgo, while leveraging Claude Code for efficient skill development and automation. By combining these tools, you can save money and enhance productivity without compromising security. I encourage you to follow along as I demonstrate the setup process and share insights on optimizing your use of OpenClaw. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance!

Love it Nick, I am doing something right, I did this exact setup last week, openclaw (and zeroclaw) and Claude Cowork collaborating. Good stuff, now I'm ready for Orgo, and lots of customers! Thanks for the video
Help me help you
Hey everyone, I've been heads down with Orgo and working with real businesses to automate their workflows with computer-use agents, but I want to get way more active in here with content that actually helps you. I've got a bunch of ideas for what to create next and I want to hear from you on what would be most valuable. Drop a comment with your top 1-2 picks (or suggest something I'm missing): Build tutorials & walkthroughs - Step-by-step: building a CUA from scratch (beginner-friendly) - Swarm agents — how to have a main agent spawn and coordinate sub-agents on their own computers - Using the Orgo API vs the playground — when to use what Real business use cases (with demos) - Insurance form automation — filling carrier portals with no APIs - E-commerce creative pipeline — scraping competitor ads, generating variations, testing on Meta - Email-triggered agents — auto-responding to customer inquiries with real data lookups - Data entry for legacy software that has no API ("the API gap problem") Business & monetization - How to sell CUA builds to businesses (pricing, pitching, delivering) - "Boring businesses" you can fully automate with agents - How to land clients Templates & starter kits - Downloadable agent templates you can open in Cursor and start tweaking - Prompt engineering & templates for computer-use (what works, what doesn't) Live sessions - Live build sessions where I build an agent from scratch in real-time - AMAs — ask me anything about Orgo, CUA, building an AI business What's most useful to you right now? And if there's something specific you're trying to build or a problem you're stuck on, drop it below!

- How to sell CUA builds to businesses (pricing, pitching, delivering) - Ideas looking 6-12 months forward, because everytime I start building something, it seems like another Y combo is launching the same :)
Optimise tokens use
Hi glad to be here, I keep running out of credits for Claude and I wonder if you have any idea on how to optimise this considering using Openclaw/Orgo and more computers/sessions/subagents will use up many more tokens?

My advice with your openclaw llm setup is use different models depending on the task. I have been using the Kimi-2.5 (through Nvidia, basically free with some limits), Z.ai GLM-4.7 (comparable to opus 4.5), and a combination of Claude sonnet 4.6 and Opus 4.6 if needed. Discuss with your main openclaw agent about setting up a multi model llm system, and test it out. Running on Opus 4.6 alone can get expensive for sure. https://artificialanalysis.ai/leaderboards/models

Right so Z.ai glm's are highly rated llm models, very close to claude and open-ai models (if you believe the testing sites), you just don't have to worry about token as the price /M tokens is 1/9 of opus. Right now I use kimi for most planning, discussion and heartbeat, and GLM models for deep research and most coding. If i really need complex coding, codex is good. Of course you have to be ok with using Chinese models, I haven't had any issues. Just sends me Mandarin every so often and I remind the agent, english please.

Hi all, good stuff Nick, I watched the video with Greg. I think I am in the right place. Working on multi-agent set-ups.
