First Paid Client ($3.5k for one agent)
Today, November 26th 2025, I officially landed my first *paid* client for a Computer-Use-Agent to automate some order-management and data aggregation workflows. Half was paid upfront and the other half will be paid on complete delivery within the next couple weeks. I will be building the agent with a complete video walkthrough soon - talking through my process, systems, etc. It's pretty crazy that I started this business just a week ago! I hope this shows you that you can absolutely make amazing money by learning to build computer use agents (especially while you're still early), and by helping businesses integrate them for a fixed cost per agent. Cheers to many more!

Exclusive for Community: Refund Support Agent Template
From now on I am going to be providing you with the template files necessary to get started with every new build that I make a video for. All you need to do is download these, store them in a new folder like "Refund_Agent" and then open that folder in Cursor. Because you are downloading the files directly, you can skip step 1 in the README file. With all that, you can get started vibe-automating your way through the process of getting the agent up and running. The context of the codebase/files should be more than enough to get going with Cursor. Hope you find this useful! Let's keep building. Nick

The Computer-Use Agent Nobody’s Talking About: Haiku 4.5
Here's the secret about Computer-Use-Agents that no one is talking about: They are cheaper and faster than ever before, but not what you think. You see, most people are using Sonnet 4.5, Gemini, and OpenAI for computer-use models. But absolutely nobody is talking about Claude Haiku 4.5, which was a smaller, lighter computer-used model that was quietly released a couple weeks after their latest Sonnet 4.5 model. What does this mean for computer use? Well, Haiku 4.5 performs just as well as Sonnet 4.5 at most tasks, and it's roughly 66% faster and only 33% of the cost of Sonnet 4.5. I just swapped Sonnet 4.5 out with Haiku 4.5 on all of my agents and found that Haiku not only finished the workflows much faster, but also at a MUCH lower cost! This is what I mean when I say that Virtual Assistants will be replaced by Computer-Use-Agents. A $4/hour VA from the Philippines is still too expensive when a Computer-Use-Agent can work 24/7 at no cost and do a better job at following instructions than any human ever could. As humans, we've always been limited by the amount of time that we can work in a day. But with AI, Computer-Use-Agents, this no longer becomes the constraint, and the ultimate highest form of leverage is unlocked for gross economic productivity. As with any sort of valuable thing in the world, when the time to deliver a product or service is no longer the constraint, that thing becomes infinitely valuable. Think of Amazon and how they went from one-week delivery to 5-day to 3-day to 1-day to same-day to same-hour delivery. Infinitely valuable business. Fast beats free. When you can have work that is done fast and free, you have something that changes the world forever. Computer-Use-Agents will do exactly that.

When Opportunity Meets Action
Life-changing opportunities only happen when you are ahead of the masses. I remember back to the days when I was using OpenAI's "GPT-3" model via their API before they formally released ChatGPT to the public. Back then, scrappy founders were wrapping GPT-3 with a nice chat box interface and selling these apps on the app store for $100 a pop. I was one of the people that paid for them. Think about how many founders absolutely printed money before OpenAI finally released ChatGPT to the masses. This was a short window opportunity, but those who capitalized on the opportunity made it big. My point is you have to be early. You can't be adopting or implementing when everyone else is. Right now is the GPT-3 moment for computer use agents. Imagine showing the magic of GPT-3 to everybody before they even knew what ChatGPT was. You can now do this with computer use agents, and the effect is even more powerful. AI automation agencies have absolutely blown up in the past few years, but now things are already changing, and you need to differentiate yourself from the market. If you aren't selling computer use to businesses, you're missing out on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I'm seeing this first-hand. I've never experienced the amount of pull from clients on wanting these Computer-Use-Agents. They don't just want it, they NEED it. Computer-Use-Agents are the holy grail of what every company has been waiting for. Don't you want to give them what they want? The choice is yours.
