I Think Ramelteon Is One of the Most Overlooked Sleep Molecules
Most people reach for melatonin when they are trying to fall asleep faster. But Ramelteon is interesting because it targets the same MT1 and MT2 receptors while binding much more tightly in the research I went through. And unlike GABA based sleep drugs, it is working through the brain’s natural clock pathway. That matters to me. Instead of just forcing sedation, the idea is to strengthen the signal telling your brain that it is time to sleep. The human trials are also pretty interesting. People with chronic insomnia fell asleep faster compared with placebo, and a longer study did not show rebound insomnia when they stopped using it. That does not mean it is right for everyone. There are still interactions and contraindications to pay attention to, especially with certain medications, which I cover in the video. But for something FDA approved since 2005, I am surprised more people in the biohacking space are not talking about it. Full breakdown: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FHEK3BbGKCw Community question: Before this video, had you ever heard of Ramelteon? And if you have tried it, how did it compare with melatonin for you?

I have a big problem with sleep, I've been using DSIP and other stuff but always wake up around 3-4 am and cannot go back to sleep. Vodka seems to work better then anything else. Does Ramelteon leave one with a hangover like melatonin, melatonin makes me sleepy in the morning.

@Tony Huge Thanks Tony, I ordered some from Swisschems, I'll let you know if it helps! One of items on my list I need to figure out.
Swisschems now takes more credit cards.
Used my AMX card today to buy some Swisschem products, the last time they only accepted Mastercard. Nice improvement

Who Here Has Actually Tried SLIN Pills?
After the SLIN Pills breakdown, I want to hear from people who have actually used it. The video goes into the research on the individual ingredients, the nutrient partitioning theory, my own testing, and the big limitation that we still do not have a clinical trial on the finished formula itself. If you have taken SLIN Pills before, what did you actually notice? Did high carb meals feel different? Better pumps, steadier energy, less bloating, changes in performance, or anything you could measure with blood glucose? And for everyone else, what part of the video are you still skeptical about? What would you want tested properly in a future study? I want the comments to be real experiences and real questions, not just people agreeing with me.

Would a Higher Heart Rate Change How You View Retatrutide?
After going through the research, this is the question I’m most interested in hearing your take on. Retatrutide can raise resting heart rate, but the broader cardiovascular data tells a more complicated story. The mechanism also matters because simply lowering the heart rate number may not address what caused it to rise in the first place. So where do you land after watching the breakdown? Does the heart rate increase concern you, or does the broader cardiovascular data change how you look at it? If you’re tracking your resting heart rate, cardio performance, or recovery, share what you pay attention to most.

3 - 4mg a week which is the highest I've ever done, my heart rate was never an issue. I suspect it might be an issue at higher doses, which my experience suggests aren't needed to get results. A female colleague at work is getting results at .5 mg a week, which makes me wonder how low you can go and still get results. Reta is an amazing peptide.....

This guy says the sweet spot is 4 mg which is what I've found to be true: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUL18iO18Oc
