Player development centres
Does anyone attend a PDC? Are they good/worth the extra £40 a month?? 😆 Took Freddie to a Chelsea 'talent i.d day' a couple of weeks ago and received a email yesterday with an invite to join the tier 2 level which consists of weekly training and a festival every 6 weeks! He is keen to give it a go but a bit stressed about having to wear a Chelsea kit 🤣

My oldest has done development centres both in goal and outfield. Both were free. Well worth it as he got an academy trial out of it. I would go for it. It’s good training, experience and exposure to the right people.
GOOD LUCK THIS WEEKEND
Guys, GOOD LUCK this weekend - (If you are playing) If your not playing, what you have planned. Lets INSPIRE each other! I will be starting a new kit website. Ray

My youngest. ( just turned 11) is playing u13 outfield today, u12 in goal tomorrow and signing on event for his new Saturday team in the afternoon. Oldest today has team training, gk training and gym. Tomorrow Gk training and playing against Everton. Busy weekend for us.
SUCCESS Sunday - What Was Your Win This Week?
Each week, I invite you to share your biggest win. This isn't about the scoreline, but rather what aspects of your goalkeeping you improved or what new product you got to enhance your game. Additionally, can you name three things you are grateful for? These don't have to be goalkeeper-related. The reason I do this is simple: everyone has tough weeks. Reflecting on and writing down your recent wins and what you're grateful for is a PROVEN way to realise that life is pretty great and you're a very lucky person. To get you started, here’s my win and what I'm thankful for this week: MY WIN: Getting over 7700 members and growing in this community, WHAT I AM GRATEFUL FOR: 1. The amazing country walk this morning i went on. 2. The amazing weather we have been having. 3. Adding another 6 goalkeepers to the J4K goalkeeper glove sponsorship program. Share your win below and what you’re grateful for. Let's keep INSPIRING each other - Comment below, whats your wins.👇👇👇 And Remember, you are ALOT better off than what you may think ❤️

My 10 yr old playing for his new Saturday team (U13 next season) (he plays outfield on Saturday) and getting MOTM and scoring the first and only goal for the new team. Also winning the sprint and 400 m at school sports day. Getting sportsman of the year trophy. Winning the relay in an inter schools competition. He is normally overshadowed by his older brother so it’s nice for him to get some success. Me seeing my Dad on his 92nd birthday.
PICKFORD NEAR POST ?
Guys, whats your thoughts on Congo's first goal? I was watching it last night in my local - and everyone blamed Pickford stating a goalkeeper should never be beaten at near post... The ball moves so fast now, we have all been in goal when a ball is hit that fast, you only hear it hit the back of the neck - you do not see the ball!!! Whats your thoughts on this?

@Nicolas Andrews-Gauvain I was going to say the same Hart did a great analysis that only a gk or coach would spot.
