The breath comes first, the movement follows. This is the mantra that you keep in your mind. With every breath you take. With every step you take. Breathing and breath holding go hand-in-hand. We have been doing a lot of work to improve our breath holds to improve our breathing. Now, with this morning workout, we can work on our breathing to improve our breath holds (or just simply our breath-body coordination, energy and overall health). After a bit recovery, i tried again yesterday. Warm up, and then 4 dives. 40 sec, 55 sec, 1.10, 1,25 and 1,45.. I was in the swim, there is a cold tub. On exhale 45 sec..

Im not sure I quiet understand the Warrior breath. Point 6 and 7: Is it a nasal breath ( closed mouth) ? And 7 : do you breath out through your lips or nasal ?
