Open Source Voice AI Platform powered by livekit
we have generated over 1 million in revenue for a client in US using 1 voice agent on livekit (case study + client interview coming soon) now why i tell you this is because to show that we dont play around with toy bots and build extremely reliable voice agents on livekit that are killers in production. we built our own voice ai stack on top of livekit, next js, supabase and hosting servers on digital ocean. soon we will open source the entire code and currently looking for agency owners to try out the platform and give us rapid feedback so we can fix bugs before open souring the entire code for public access. the stack does not just include UI that looks like vapi/retell , it has many other parts like call concurrency management server, livekit manager server that gives you api routes to easily start calls, receive end call reports and much more. our goal with this open source project is to completely replace vapi/retell + cekura + chatdash and have one stop shop for voice ai devs to build and deploy agents for clients. here are some internal docs and diagrams that give you overview of the voice ai stack we have built that we use for our clients https://github.com/VocalGrid/diagrams comment below if interested (please do not DM me)

I have built some POC voice agents and am currently trying to make something similar as what you described, though I did not think about things like concurrency management yet. I would love to help test this and also present it to prospective clients. Thanks
Dograh - Anyone familiar with this project?
Hi All, I've stumbled upon an open source project called Dograh. It poses itself as an "Open Source alternative to VAPI/Retell". Seems to be using Pipecat. Any of your familiar with it ?

I Want Your Help For My Future Studies..
Hey Community! Im finally going to finish my Grade 10 on April 4th, and Im looking for Opportunities, where I can learn the core of AI! So, Im Researching on Different Colleges for my Future Studies.. But it seems like I have to wait for Another 2 years just to get into a College which really focusses on AI.. I cannot wait that long, judging by the fact that AI is growing soo rapidly... I am open to self study, but I also want to go to a university where people are also learning about AI! If, in any of your connections can help me get into a University which really focusses on AI, then please let me know.. I want your help because I need to complete my 11th-12th and then get into a University, which is a problem.. So if anyone can help me connect with the directors of any University who are open to get me in then that would be really good! Im open to learn anything just to get the Admission(Like Maths Topics that are not taught in 10th Etc) I have been working on these AI Agents, Voice Agents and AI Automations for a while and Im interning at a Company, Working with Many Clients etc! But now, I cannot wait for another 2 years just to learn the Core of AI via Universities! So, Let me know if there's anyone who can help me! Do you really need to get to a university to learn core AI. I think sites like Coursera and deeplearning.ai can get you exposed to these with immediate practical applications.
Best Observability Tools for Voice AI Frameworks?
What observability tools are others using with Pipecat or similar voice AI frameworks? I've built a production voice agent using Pipecat and currently track basic metrics (call duration, sentiment, summary, transcripts) in a custom dashboard. Tomorrow it's going in production so problem I think I can face is When errors will occur, debugging is painful. My current logging approach creates massive log files that are nearly impossible to analyze efficiently when tracking down issues.

Nice @Mohammad Mussab looks like we’re doing something similar. Do share what you end up using. Thanks!

I think it is good to build your own if there is something about existing frameworks like pipecat and livekit that doesnt suit your needs. Making one for the sake of learning is good too. But for business use, I would rather leverage on the experience of the people behind these frameworks and the community that supports it.
