Rooted Alchemy has given my TaiChi and QG practice a fresh impulse. I love the combination of movement, understanding and freedom to practice at my own pace. Sonny 's classes and explanations deepen the practice naturally, so my body learns and my mind grows too.The replays make the time difference easy, while the warm support and open community make it special.Grateful to be part of it.It has enriched my practice, deepened my grounding and understanding, and connected me with wonderful people.
