3 contributions to AI Automation Society
šŸ† Q1 Skool Games: Inspired by Passion
One of the most valuable parts of the Q1 Skool Games was getting to connect with brilliant minds building Skool communities outside of the AI space. From trumpeters to relationship advice to pickleball—it was so refreshing to be surrounded by people simply building communities around what they’re most passionate about. It reminded me that while we live and breathe AI everyday, there’s so much to learn from other niches. The creativity, the authenticity, and the intentionality I saw in these communities sparked a ton of ideas for how I can continue to grow and serve AI Automation Society. And of course—it was a blast connecting with some fellow AI creators too. Finally got to meetup with Zubair (AI Workshop), Stephen Pope, Jay E (Robonuggets), and so many more. I walked away with a full notebook—excited to implement what I learned from everyone here. Massive thanks to the Skool team for putting on such an incredible event—and thank YOU to everyone in this community. What we’re building together is something special. Let’s keep it rolling. 🫶

You Built the System… But Can People See You? šŸ‘€ I’ve been watching a lot of builders in here launch agency offers, SaaS tools, lead scrapers, and full-blown automations and honestly? The innovation is wild. But here’s something I see too often: You've got the engine, but the exterior doesn’t match the horsepower. If someone lands on your brand today…Would they feel the value of what you built before they even click anything? Here’s where I’ve seen most automators leave money on the table: - Landing pages that don’t build trust - No clear narrative across socials or site - Client results hidden in the backend instead of front-facing - Offers that sound like tech not transformation In a space where credibility is currency, your online presence isn’t just branding — it’s a trust system that runs in parallel with your automations. Curious… Who here is actively improving their digital presence this quarter? What’s working / not working for you? Let’s make the backend and frontend work together. šŸ’»šŸš€
šŸ¤– The Real Flex in AI Right Now? Specialized Automation
We’ve hit a point where ā€œjust automating stuffā€ isn’t impressive anymore. Zapier zaps and ChatGPT scripts are everywhere. The market is flooded. What’s actually moving the needle now? Strategic, niche-specific automation. Whether you're serving coaches, eCommerce brands, or real estate agents — the automation that wins isn't generic. It's built with one user, one outcome, and one journey in mind. šŸ”¹ Pre-qualified lead flows šŸ”¹ Personalized onboarding sequences šŸ”¹ Auto-generated proposals based on CRM data šŸ”¹ Sales follow-up systems tied to buyer behavior AI isn't magic on its own — it’s the application that turns it into leverage. If you’re still trying to sell broad "AI services" to everyone, you’ll blend in. But if your automation speaks directly to a burning bottleneck for one type of client? Now you’ve got an irresistible offer. Let’s talk shop —What niche-specific automations have you built or seen working lately? Always curious to swap notes and learn from what’s working in the trenches.

AI in Agencies: Game-Changer or Too Much, Too Soon?
AI and automation are taking over pretty much every corner of business these days, but here’s the big question I’ve been pondering: Is it a game-changer for agencies, or are we jumping the gun too soon? On one hand, AI is offering some mind-blowing ways to scale — automating outreach, optimizing workflows, personalizing content, and even predicting sales trends. But on the other hand, is there a point where we lose that human touch? šŸ¤– I mean, AI can’t replace the personal connection that gets clients through the door or builds lasting partnerships… right? Where do you all stand? šŸ‘‰ Is AI automation helping you scale your agency faster, or is it still more of a ā€œnice-to-haveā€ that hasn’t fully integrated yet? šŸ‘‰ What are the systems you’ve automated or plan to automate in your agency that actually made a big difference? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences with using AI in your day-to-day.
