How many new clients do you personally acquire each month?
Curious what average numbers look like for everyone! Also, I would love to read what your typical client looks like (net worth, demographics, industry, stage of life) in the comments - obviously this will impact your growth targets.

Welcome, Michael!
Battle of the AI Meeting Bots
This one tool/use case is quite interesting to me where 6 or so solutions have all surfaced around the same time that started being developed 1+ sometimes 2 years ago. They record (or do they?), they take notes, they structure those notes, and then many integrate with CRM so they can send the notes / action items to Redtail, Wealthbox, etc. FinMate AI became a sponsor of ProAdvisorSuite just prior to Future Proof last year - Sept '23. So I believe it was the first to market with a usable product. And @Daniel Yoo, as a former financial advisor, is working very hard to do what he does excellently. And adding in some cool stuff along the way - like talk time (monologues), sentiment analysis, summaries tailored to different meeting types, layers of AI analysis, a phone app... At the end of the day for advisors, it will come down to price, features, UI, trust... as with many things. Here are the demos Daniel has recorded (Redtail on left, Wealthbox on right) of the current features of FinMate AI. Love to hear how you all are using these tools so far!

@Milton Hamer Interesting discussion around recording here
AI --> Task and Calendar management
Has anyone tried any of the tools available for this? I've been thinking about an "AI-first" advisortech stack and task and calendar mgmt. is obviously an important one - I don't know of any industry-specific CRM at the moment that incorporates AI like this, so looking outside the industry for now: https://www.usemotion.com/

@Nancy Jacobson Yes, I'm trying out Motion and really liking it. It takes time-blocking for your to-do list to the next level. Based on the video I shared, it seems to work really well for project management and teams as well.

For @Russ Thornton and @James Cantwell and any others that might be interested. This is a cool place to explore productivity apps. We need something like this for advisortech (maybe beyond what Kitces has?) For "AI-AdvisorTech", I'm starting with "AI School for Advisors" - let me know if you'd like a free invite.
