My comprehensive approach to successful publishing in 2026 [Skool Exclusive]
✅ Since you guys liked the last Skool Exclusive video with Roman, I figured I’d record a new one. The topic is a concept I’ve been mulling over for weeks. And one I’ve already teased a bit in earlier videos. It’s primarily about one thing: 👉🏼 How to combine branding and hype. The two main approaches of successful publishers can be broken down into these two: 1. Brand building, thinking long-term 2. Capitalizing on hype, making a lot of money in the short term Especially over the past two years, hype has become very lucrative. People like me, who do a lot of branding, have therefore been keeping an eye on hype publishers for quite some time. The biggest problem so far was that hype and branding weren’t really compatible. At least, that’s what we all thought. 😅 But last year in Q4, I combined the two... and it was so successful that I’ve spent the last six months racking my brain trying to figure out what the systematic strategy behind it really is. That’s what this video is about. Or rather, the script I’m skimming through in this video. The long-term goal is to create a longer video for YouTube, in which I’ll explain this topic in even greater detail. Until then, though, here are my thoughts on the subject Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments. Any input helps me further develop the concept. 🙌🏼 Best Andrey 🔴 P.S. We just released the new Meta/Facebook Ads Creative Tool in the Visuals Suite. All Pro users can now create Facebook ad creatives for their ads. I built this mainly for myself because I was sitting there a few weeks ago and waited 30 mins to create 10 split test variants for my new facebook campagin. Now I can create those 10 in less than 5 minutes with this tool :D I hope you like it as much as I do. If you run any Facebook ads, test reader or sales-driven ads, for example, this will definitely help you a lot! 🎉

Official Update & Recap Video from the PublishFlow Founders Team
Hey everyone, We just filmed an exclusive Skool video where Andrey and I look back on the last two months of PublishFlow: the challenges, the updates, and some stories we haven't shared publicly yet. We also talk about what's coming next and share some insider details about tools that are in the pipeline. A more relaxed video shot in a pretty cool setting. Hope you enjoy it! Andrey & Roman PS: Let us know what you think of the outfits 😄

very curious about the publisherchamp colab. havent looked into that tool yet but heared of it a couple of times.
What types of videos do you prefer?
I noticed that the newest video didn't get many clicks from subscribers. 👉🏼 https://youtu.be/XIIGCfPCquA It seems the topic was too specific for many people. Something I noticed now after around 20 published YouTube videos: 👉🏼 The more generic videos seem to make more clicks. Do you guys enjoy the really specific videos like this new one or more basic videos? Please vote, and feel free to give me your opinion in the comments. Best Andrey

i guess there are more people out there not yet involved with publishing on KDP that need to get a general overview of what that acutally is than serious people pursuing that way. i also gess most of those people stopped watching youtube and joined some form of coaching program down the line (myself included) i still watch youtube but i actually stay away from the super broad and "general overview" stuff as i think i got that already synced in, when i spend time to watch, im actually lookin for stuff like this q4 ideas or the review gaining or maybe kdp targeted facebook ads and so on as i learned after i joined a program myself that most of youtube is just surfacelevel and somewhat not helpful to someone already walking this road
New Translation Tool Just Released for Pro Subscribers! [BETA Version]
🚀 The beta version of our new translation tool has just been released. All PublishFlow Pro subscribers can use it completely free of charge during the beta phase! The goal is to offer a comprehensive translation experience. This means: You can translate the book without speaking the language yourself and publish it with confidence. 🏅 To achieve this goal, we’d like to gather your feedback on the quality of the translations during the beta phase. So before you publish any translations during the beta phase, we recommend having them briefly reviewed by a translator who can quickly spot and correct any inconsistencies. Please feel free to send us this feedback. We have our translators who are constantly testing the tool for us. However, your feedback allows us to make even greater progress in an even shorter time, so every bit of feedback is a huge help. ✅ How to get access: - In the PublishFlow Dashboard, the “Translation Tool” now appears as a new menu item. - There, you can either translate a book created in PublishFlow or upload a book yourself that you want to translate. - The translation process involves several steps; once you’ve set all the preferences, the entire book will be translated at once. - You can then download the translated book and forward it to your translator for review. Below you’ll find a poll where you can vote on whether you’d like to be able to invite translators directly to the Translation Tool via the Expert Collaboration Tool. ✅ How to ask questions and provide feedback: - If you have any questions in advance, feel free to ask them here on Skool under this post. - If you have questions about the tool while using it, please post them in the Support Chat so we can collect them there. - You can submit feedback directly within the tool via a form after a book has been translated. Please be as detailed as possible. - You can also send detailed feedback in document form directly to me via email: andrey@publishflow.ai

does a translation cost a full book credit?

@Diana S bookvillage to me feels very different because the guy behind it, adriano is his name, seems to legit care about account safety and understanding what amazon dislikes and makes sure his platform does not put you at risk. therefore its slower, a bit more tedious and doesnt offer the "get 50 reviews in a week" fix others do, but to me this feels more sustainable long term
