Hey guys I made big mistake today I lost a monster deal today I knocked on the lady door Thursday she was older lady the lady property was a townhouse pre foreclosure I told coming back Sunday, yes I she gave me her phone number but didn’t work so I didn’t go back because focus on other sellers, but when I got there today it was another wholesaler in her living room i was sick!🤮she had a lot equity too Rookie mistake!
