Repurposing - What is Repurposing From My 17 Years Of Experience?
Check out our very simple website. www.reuseitpros.com. After several years we ramped this side of our business up to its corrent level (limited only by the building cost we can afford, we are in a coastal market the buildings here costs so much). The nice thing about the resale side is it has a different cycle than our Junk Removal side and so we have constant money coming in. We got ahead very quickly when we needed to start over after the 2006 market crash. This video is an informal walk through out resale warehouse.

Very nice operation! I’m just starting out and I have two separate LLCs one is for my junk business and one is for resale. I am considering items I receive through junk removal demolition transferring those items as a sale from one business to the other at a low low wholesale cost and then retailing them out. How do you handle the accounting function between your junk business/demolition business and your resale business? Do you transfer the items through inventory as in your resale business purchases it at a low cost from your junk business?

Free Advertising Idea - Did you know that YouTube is the second largest search engine?
So, a keyword-rich video ad in front of your truck or in front of a job you are working on, showing action and highlighting the features of what you offer, is a great way to attract business. (Keep in mind, Junk Removal is just one of our profit centers, 18 years later.) Be sure to use your keywords (Keywords are words or phrases that people type into search engines to find what they're looking for. They represent the main topics or concepts within a piece of content and are used to help users locate relevant information quickly and easily. For example, if someone is looking for information about "junk removal naples," "junk removal naples" is a keyword.) A video that is short, sweet, and to the point. I have included a sample. So, use a location like San Francisco, and then the service you are offering, such as "junk removal." You can use multiple keywords in one ad if you like, or create multiple ads. The more specific you are about an area, the more likely they will click on your ad. Shorter titles with more direct, keyword-rich words are the most effective. For example, "San Francisco Junk Removal." YouTube is free and powerful. You could create an ad for each area and video each one, talking about the areas close to the area as well as the area you are targeting. The more specific, the better for both the area and the type of service you are promoting.
