@Matt Duncan to be honest I don’t feel like I have traction. I have had 30+ people look at my profile and only 5 people reached out. Only one person has signed. Hoping to close the another one next Friday. I will tell you I do interact with people on the forums and offer advice or feedback. I feel like that helps a little but I have not landed one of them as a client. I will say it has been harder than I thought to get clients as a whole.

I have not given up. That is the win. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I get an inquiry and then engage and answers their questions then nothing. I am in contact with a few realtors but the city I live in is in the process of banning STR’s. I find my leads via Airbnb and direct marketing. I look for listings that have a 4.8 or below rating on the otas and reach out to the property owners.
