Observation
I’ve noticed a lot of AI marketing tools are now offering memory and workflow features. How are you keeping track of AI outputs and ensuring nothing gets lost in complex projects? Would love to hear your systems or frameworks.

I probably have a different scope being a terminal junkie, but I bit in rear, having so many and then trying to remember where they are, who they were for, how to recreate them. I created a directory (folder) structure for each client, under each client a directory for each tool, and under each tool markdown files on each process built. Then I can run tree -L 3 in the terminal, 3 is how deep (2-4 normally) and quickly see a high level over view. Quick pic of what I have open in terminal for the tree example.

I am trying to create a very unique type of book reviews. I want to use a recipe card to make a "Recipe for a good Read". I have my design all nailed down but I can't get an image that I can edit to make it like a template that I can edit and make changes to. AI is really close but it still makes errors like adding the name of fonts or repeating items. Can anyone help me? I can't seem to hire anyone of Fiverr without a pro subscription. I have tried canva multiple times. I got he AI perfect in Canva but I can't move that image into a project I can edit. Any ideas?

@Emmanuel Smith good stuff Emmanuel, one shot images are hard. But layers like Gimp, Canva, Figma, or photoshop uses seems to always fix the issue.
Ran into a huge issue..
I have been developing AI authority filters for my travel business ecosystem involving Meetup, Facebook, and Skool filters. I have had chat gpt remember everything and it has been working fine until now. Chat GPT all of a sudden after locking in these systems and using them for marketing, creating content copy and creating travel itineraries and checking profitability of said trips, all of a sudden, doesn't remember the details of these authorities(and I am paying for the enhanced version) Has anyone else run into this? And how have you adapted to ensure your frameworks are never compromised again? I have been developing these filters over the last month and feel I have lost a heck of a lot.

@Michael Johnson I started out with building GPTs, on chatGPT. I have built about 50 different GPTs for clients. Feel free to reach if you have questions. One advise I have is lock it down. I can pull all the GPT system and knowledge information in one prompt if it is missing the correct security system prompts.
How many of you create content on social media?
I do...🙌 But the real question is: how many of you are able to keep up with it? Are you consistent with: - Posting daily (or 2-3x/week) - Remembering trends - Extracting audios that go viral Hooks, pitches, flow, editing, font, and the list goes on.... It's really hard to keep up with everything, all at once, without assistance. ADHD becomes a cherry on top in this stack... I automated my social media accounts completely. The system fetches viral content and creates videos for my channel by itself. Just wanted to know how you guys are keeping up. What platform has been working for you lately?🙌

@Sakshi Gahlawat I am having the same issue, there are so many products out there and one person can never know all the products. Seems like every client is using something different and I have been trying to find a solution to client uses/needs and my own. I also run into being a software developer, clients need something extreme easy, and forget finding a client asking for help that already has a developer.facebook.com account. I have built some really useful and cool apps but you need a dev FB account to get the FB keys. Another app I just built is an Ad Creative Generator, you enter the audience type, search query and it will scrape the last two weeks on google and reddit on that current pain point. Then you can upload the image you are going to use on a post, it will generate hooks and body with 4 different style options relative to the uploaded image. With Canva it makes my end goal of 20 posts in 20 mins. It is the first Social Media app I have built that the client does not need to fill out any prompts or knowledge information like chatbots and other content builder apps. The general public have no idea how AI works, they use it like a google search still. I feel like I am just throwing darts in the dark building Social Media Content builder apps that are AI powered. I'm here to find other people with the same goals in AI marketing. I can build about anything, but ideas of the missing niche or empty AI marketing areas that need something to fill that area, I am failing on.
