5 contributions to AI Marketing
Observation
I’ve noticed a lot of AI marketing tools are now offering memory and workflow features. How are you keeping track of AI outputs and ensuring nothing gets lost in complex projects? Would love to hear your systems or frameworks.

Ran into a huge issue..
I have been developing AI authority filters for my travel business ecosystem involving Meetup, Facebook, and Skool filters. I have had chat gpt remember everything and it has been working fine until now. Chat GPT all of a sudden after locking in these systems and using them for marketing, creating content copy and creating travel itineraries and checking profitability of said trips, all of a sudden, doesn't remember the details of these authorities(and I am paying for the enhanced version) Has anyone else run into this? And how have you adapted to ensure your frameworks are never compromised again? I have been developing these filters over the last month and feel I have lost a heck of a lot.

Hello, I totally get your frustration. it sounds like you’ve built a really complex system. One approach that can help prevent this kind of data loss is to externalize the memory: instead of relying entirely on ChatGPT to remember everything, keep your frameworks, filters, and key data in a structured document, spreadsheet, or database, and then feed the relevant info to ChatGPT as needed. Another option is to version your prompts and outputs, basically save each iteration of your filters and content so you can always roll back or rebuild if the AI ‘forgets’. This also makes it easier to adapt the system over time without losing work. I’d also be curious if anyone here has successfully combined AI memory features with external tracking tools for complex workflows like this, seems like a great way to ensure nothing ever gets compromised again
Designer Tools- Please help me find the right one
I am trying to create a very unique type of book reviews. I want to use a recipe card to make a "Recipe for a good Read". I have my design all nailed down but I can't get an image that I can edit to make it like a template that I can edit and make changes to. AI is really close but it still makes errors like adding the name of fonts or repeating items. Can anyone help me? I can't seem to hire anyone of Fiverr without a pro subscription. I have tried canva multiple times. I got he AI perfect in Canva but I can't move that image into a project I can edit. Any ideas?

Hey! I get what you’re trying to do, that sounds like a super creative way to review books. One thing that might help is to start with a fully editable template in Canva or Figma, then overlay your AI-generated design elements. That way you can tweak fonts, items, and layout without losing editability. Another option is to use AI to generate separate elements (like icons, illustrations, or text blocks) instead of a full card, and assemble them into a template you control. If you want, I can suggest a few free sources for editable recipe-card templates that could work perfectly for your idea.
Observation
Just a random thought most people (including me sometimes) spend way too much time in 'learning mode.' It seems like the guys who actually win are just the ones who start executing before they even feel 100% ready. Messy action > perfect planning.
I'm Happy to be here
Hey guys, just joined. I've been playing around with some of those new AI video tools lately trying to make things look actually cinematic. Just here to see how everyone’s using them for their brands. Happy to be here!
