My Hump Day spur of the moment run. Hump day? I’m retired I gave up hump day. My run was free and easy and a good trip around town.

My Morning run to start the day. While most of the country is suffering with crazy winter weather, here in Los Angeles are having summer in February with temps in the mid 80’s. 🙄 It was a short run/walk before the craziness of the day begins.

My morning run from a couple days ago. The was no interesting sites along the way not even discarded furniture. 🪑 Let’s see how it goes next time

So after running a few errands I decided to do an actual run for me. I took off down the street to the elementary school that I went to as a kid which is a quarter mile down the street. I turned back toward home and zipped back and forth a few times till I hit 2 miles. itvwas a good run.
