My morning run from a couple days ago. The was no interesting sites along the way not even discarded furniture. 🪑 Let’s see how it goes next time

So after running a few errands I decided to do an actual run for me. I took off down the street to the elementary school that I went to as a kid which is a quarter mile down the street. I turned back toward home and zipped back and forth a few times till I hit 2 miles. itvwas a good run.

Started the day with a morning run that got my knee to begin “talking” to me. I thought, “ok whatever.” I cut my effort short despite the dull pain coming on and off. Oh well it happens

My first meet up with one of my running group friends for the new year. We ended up doing a walk though I added a short jog afterwards. At least it didn’t rain on us.

My Monday morning run around my town of Lomita Ca. It was sunny bright but rain coming soon. I’m focusing on getting back into running shape after 2 years of on and off runs. I’m looking for a productive new year
