Any recommended banks or credit unions that offer good rates and are easier than others to get approvals?

After reviewing my Lexis Nexus report, there are a couple dozen names of people that is assumed to be associated with me but i dont know who they are. Does it matter that it is listed? Should I consider trying to get them removed? if so, is there a process to follow?

I neglected to ask for a pay for deletion at the time I settled a Charge off. I'm thinking I'm just out of luck. Do we have any success stories of what you did? or maybe the letter or letters that were used to get the reported item removed?
