Hi everyone. As I’ve posted I’ve dealt with my share of medical issues recently so today I had both of my knees receive aspiration and cortisone injections to relieve swelling and pain. Last few weeks have challenged my mobility but this should help me for my visco supplement in two weeks. I’ll be back posting more regularly

Hi everyone. Had eye surgery last Wednesday so I’ve been taking it easy the last couple days to recuperate. Need to take it easy for the next week or two. Hope all of you are having a good weekend.it is 41 in Philly today. A heatwave
