Weather in Miami was high 40s all week so it was rather cold to be here. My host had a large place so my friend and I had our own bedroom and bath for the week. There were 10 guests invited and we did have a good time celebrating his 60th birthday..My traveling companion thought she was getting engaged so that was kind of a downer.Anyway, flying back early tomorrow morning. Happy New Years to all!!!

Hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable holiday. I had a rather stressful year with blood clots, blood thinners, low testosterone on my health card, not to mention medication costs at $600+ per month, so I decided to give myself a break and accept an invitation from a friend of mine to visit him in Miami and bring a friend.for New Years Eve. I promised her a nice NYE date and I think I came through. Wishing everyone a safe and prosperous New Year!

Wearing one of my favorite watches, Black and gold Gotham Duograph, with newly acquired Tygar dup renamed Unleash the Leopard. These two just seem to go together for me.

A woman I date frequently and am close to has 30 something son who has a dinner party to go to with his company. He called his mother to ask me if he could borrow my Rolex to wear to the dinner. I’ve shared my sentiments about this watch and it can’t be replaced. He’s a nice kid and I’m very fond of her but she seems miffed that I’m hesitant. I’ll probably loan it to him but I don’t like to be put into this situation. What do you guys think?
