The shift to calm energy Do you feel the shift in energy? I feel it..I've always been able to, but in the past 8 months or so, it has felt TANGIBLE to me...There is a definite longing in people to return to quiet, to peace, to calmness in their nervous systems. The fact tgat there are communities like this here on skool (including my brand new one) feel like there is a synchronicity of purpose of us as starseeds/light workers to show those seeking the way...It feels like a privilege and blessing ❤️ 8

Please prepare by writing a list of all the people or places that you need to let go of with forgiveness. Start with your own name. We have all done or said things we regret and it is time to set yourself free. Forgiving a person that hurt you does not mean you agree with what they did, instead it sets you free from being tethered to them so you are not receiving their toxic poison anymore. The list of names will not be shared, this is your sacred release, a shedding of all that has been weighing you down.
