@Jody Wetton it is the realisation and acknowlegement that we can basically be good and evil, the yin and the yang, the light and the dark. It's not about making one right and the other wrong, it's more about accepting both parts of you and allowing the light to shine brighter and if the dark side rears it's head then be curious. What is it showing you? Is it unhealed trauma or is it trying to show you something about yourself. When you send love to the dark it disssipates. Jules x

@Claire Morgan Firstly everything happens for you not to you. EG you might be sacked from a job an it forces you to be creative to survive which you would not have done if you had been in your comfort zone. Fibromyalgia is the body's way of asking for help and you quite rightly pointed out the trauma you have suffered over the years. It's the unresolved emotion trapped in the body. I personally recommend Emotion Code/Body Code by Dr Bradley Nelson as it literally lifts trapped emotions from you without you re-living the events. It is also permanent. I can give you my therapist's details if you would like? Also as empaths we feel more deeply and it is so important we set boundaries and protect our energy on a daily basis. Protect our peace at all costs! I was very ill in my 20's so I understand where you are at. Once you are shown how to connect to God/Source/Universe directly then everything becomes so much easier because you can literally ask the questions for yourself and receive the answers.
