TR1BE 365 – TR1BE | Personal Training It's been a weird week, it's always a weird time around Christmas with reflecting etc. I got into a spiral of some imposter syndrome thinking "What can I teach people, what have a achieved" I then got annoyed with myself for even thinking that as it's all just self doubt. THIS IS NORMAL! I made a post about it today, a video speech snippet from a cool guy Inky Johnson. Doubt is normal, if i didn't have doubts or worries I wouldn't care. But i do, very much so.
