What a wonderful community to be a part of! I log on several times a day and am continually learning & growing. Dr Tyna is such a great teacher! She's so knowledgeable & so inspiring. She's down to earth and really breaks everything down so the average person like me can understand what is happening. Finding a community of like minded women who seek truth and understanding of our own bodies during this phase of life is truly refreshing and gives me peace of mind. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
