I joined early after hearing Jake explain folders vs. agents. I'd been using AI tools in my design work, but that framing is what moved me to building systems. What's kept me here is broader: competitions with real deadlines and detailed feedback, fundamentals I go back to and still get something new from, and learning from people whose approaches I'd never have arrived at myself. Jake makes hard ideas usable, which is rarer than making them simple.
