I'm all over the place with my offer. I'd like help to clarify and package it. Though it is a set of services, I believe it could be easily "productized," but the package will then have levels. I hadn't been thinking of this in terms of a workshop, but since you made this post, it's knocking around in my head that a workshop might be a very good way to prospect and present. I am growing it right now. It's priority #1. Google may never rank your content and can sink a site in a nanosecond with one of their "helpful" updates. You can be yourself in an email. You can say whatever you want however you want to say it, and there is no SEO. You can link out to your blog in every email. As long as you're growing your list, you're growing your blog traffic. If someone doesn't like you, they unsubscribe, and your list just improves. And, as long as you observe security standards, no one's going to pull out the rug from beneath you. It's risky to build your business on someone else's platform. Email is indestructible and belongs to you. It's been hammered at me for years, but over the last few months, it's finally hit home.
