I have never seen myself as a gifted person and I am working on my belief system to create new significant changes in my reality but I always payed attention to music and nature around me. It has been my compass and light through dark times and what it sometimes seems to be a endless Dark Night. So in a way my gift seems to be a subtle sensitive attention for observation. I Listen, Observe, Value and Enable... In the last past 4 years I have done a hypnotherapy and a 200h yoga teacher courses. Yoga Nidra seems the perfect combination of these courses I have searched for and, as a very quiet and passive being, it has become my preferred practice to rely on.
