Be honest… do you rush your mornings?
I used to time my mornings to the minute. Wake up. Shower. Wake the kids. Feed the kids. Out the door with them in tow. It worked… but I always felt like I was already behind. Then I started waking up earlier. Coffee. 20 minutes of yoga. Eventually… an hour of creative time. That’s how I wrote my first book. And everything shifted. So here’s the real question… Do you actually need more time in the morning… Or have you just normalized starting your days rushed? 👇 Be honest:

I protect my mornings... and I don't have kids that I have to get to school so I'm sure it's easier for me!
Perseverance has looked different for me lately
Not big, loud, “never give up” energy. But quiet choices and a lot of positive self-talk. -Opening the laptop when I didn’t feel like it. -Checking the numbers even when I was unsure. -Posting anyway. -Trying again… even when the last attempt didn’t quite land. It’s easy to celebrate the wins. But the real story is built in the middle… in the days that feel slow, messy, or uncertain. That’s where perseverance lives. Not in perfection. In staying. -Staying with the process. -Staying with the vision. -Staying when it would be easier to step away. And what I’m learning is this… You don’t need to feel motivated to keep going. You just need to take the next small step. That’s it. One step turns into another. And suddenly… you’re further than you thought. If you’re in a season where things feel slower than you expected, you’re not off track. You’re building something real. Keep going 💛 What’s one small step you’re taking today?

Love this. I've learned that one step at a time generally takes me further than an attempt at a big leap that doesn't quite get there...
My biggest takeaway with AI right now is simple, but it’s changing everything for me:
Give it data. Give it context. When I used to ask AI surface-level questions, I got surface-level answers. But when I slow down and actually share what I’m working on -my goals -my numbers -my messy thoughts -my real situation The output shifts completely. It starts to feel less like a tool… and more like support. It’s a good reminder for me as an educator and a builder, too clarity in → clarity out. If you’ve tried AI and felt underwhelmed, it might not be the tool… it might just need more of you. Curious… have you noticed this too?

Sybil, I'm not sure if this will resonate or be useful but I got the hit to post this and I've learned to follow them! There is a copywriter named Andy O'Bryan who has a substack The Humanizers: Breathing Life Into AI-Generated Content. He talks about using AI for copywriting and how copy is getting so smoothed out, so sanitized that it's no longer alive and what to do about it.
Let’s Dream a Little Bigger Today ✨
Okay, pause your to do list for a second. What if things actually worked out… better than you expected? Not just “fine” Not just “manageable” But fun, expansive, a little bit wild Let’s play for a minute. Fill in a few of these… • One year from now, I wake up and my life looks like: _______ • A random Tuesday afternoon includes: _______ • I’m making money in a way that feels: _______ • The place I spend most of my time feels like: _______ • Something I once thought was “too much” is now normal: _______ • I finally gave myself permission to: _______ What if this isn’t unrealistic… just unpracticed thinking? Most people don’t lack potential They lack time spent imagining something better And you’re allowed to change that Drop ONE dream below. Big or small. Let’s borrow belief from each other a little today 💛
