I’ve been noticing breakthroughs every day. For example, when I’m tired and stressed in the late afternoon while working with children, I feel a deep sense of calm wash over me, almost within minutes, once they leave and the noise settles—almost like being wrapped in a soothing blanket. I’ve also noticed that coffee no longer affects me the way it used to, and I’m feeling increasingly confident in my choices and abilities, regardless of other people's opinions.
