I just posted the script and larger article about Break Free from Doom Scrolling: Get Your Dopamine Naturally. Does anyone have a problem with doom scrolling? When I first discovered the 90 second InstaGram reel, I couldn't believe I had spent over an hour watching the silly videos without realizing that time had past. I remember that my emotions had been low that day and I believe it probably made more susceptible to the lure of doom scrolling. Would you agree?
