Becoming a Horses Connect Equine-Assisted Learning and Personal Development (EALPD) Coach involves a lot more than knowing and loving horses! Genuine Respect and Understanding of Horses You don’t need to be a professional rider or trainer, but you do need to truly understand and respect horses as sentient beings.
