Status & Wealth: The Real Focus
If you’re ever questioning where to put your energy in medical aesthetics, the answer is simple, status and wealth. That’s the foundation of this program. I hacked the system by building status fast. Instead of taking the traditional route, slowly building a clinic through word-of-mouth, publishing articles for credibility, and eventually hoping for a stage invite, I focused my energy on growing my brand as an online educator. At the same time I educated the public on the right topics. Your posts should always work for you: - Build your authority as an educator - Highlight big-ticket services - Grow your audience and clinic at the same time Every piece of content is a lever for status and wealth. That’s the game. Play it to win.

@Daniel Julien this is great advise while ones lamenting over editing the perfect video your competitor already posted 3 stories and 1 reel… don’t focus on perfect focus on presence, you got this! What I do tha helps me is just pretending I’m talking to a client we’re alllll so good at educating the WHY behind our recommendations and we do it day in and out so the script is in there girl! Go get it!

It can be exhausting! But yes firm pricing and offering them $100 off their next visit not combined with other sales! LOL thanks for this video Dan
Consult Fees: Free or Paid?
When I first started, I didn’t charge a consult fee because I needed to get people in the door. Eventually, I began charging $125, which goes toward any service. The pros of free consults are that you’ll attract more people, and if your consult is strong, most will book because they feel a natural obligation to reciprocate. The cons are the no-shows, since people don’t feel committed when it’s free. In the early years, I accepted no-shows as part of the process because the majority who did show up became clients. As you grow, you’ll want to introduce either a consult fee or a no-show fee, for example a free consult but a $125 fee if they don’t show. Both models work—it just depends on where you’re at in your journey.

I go back and forth I offer one free consult but if they no show they are not ok to rebook without a deposit Def can go either way, but I usually convert around 80-85%
Skin analyzer?
Hi Dan! I’m thinking about purchasing a skin analyzer like a Visia or the new Alma IQ. What are your thoughts on this. Do you have one. If so; How valuable is it to your practice?

Sculptra vs Radiesse
Dan can you suggest either one over each other . I like the radiesse as there is no 72 hour mixing for it. But wanna get the results like sculptra. Thanks

@Scarlett Duncan I was trained by my med director who is also a galderma trainer she taught me to recon with 8 ML adding 1ml of lido prior to administration. i've used this dilution for the 2.5 years i've been offering this service and have had great results and zero complications. Has anyone else been taught to recon with 8ml? tyia
