Are you taking care of yourself today?
Yesterday was Thanksgiving in the States. I realized that your nervous system doesn't care if Thanksgiving was good or hard—it still used a ton of energy navigating social interactions, managing emotions, and staying regulated. Even if you don't live in the States, I realize that there are lots of events and how rarely people allow themselves permission to rest. So here is your permission!

@Jackie Rosch Absolutely. This week I felt that the energy was "force" and I had to take a step back just to get myself back into flow again. It is challenging navigating social gatherings. I can vouch for that. xx

@Jackie Rosch Yes, Jackie, I can totally relate. Events can sometimes be overwhelming. I will be visiting my husbands family for Xmas this year and every 4 days has been already planned and organised for me😂😂😂😂. Amazing! But I will escape to Spain for 9 days to recover😂

If you got out of bed today? Winner. If you drank water instead of surviving on pure vibes? Champion. If you did one productive thing (even thinking about being productive counts)?Iconic behaviour. Listen… healing, growing, reinventing yourself — it’s all messy, weird, beautiful chaos. And guess what? You’re handling it like an absolute legend. A few reminders for your fabulous brain: 🌻 It’s okay if your motivation comes and goes like WiFi in a basement. 🌻 It’s okay if your “self-care” today was avoiding people and eating snacks in peace. 🌻 It’s okay if you’re figuring things out one confused step at a time — we all are. And just in case no one told you: ✨ You’re improving faster than your phone battery drains. ✨ You’re stronger than your urge to procrastinate. ✨ You’re glowing (yes, even if you’re currently in pyjamas that have seen things).
