You're undercharging. Probably by a lot.
Been sifting through a bunch of data this week and a common ask keeps popping up. Think about the last quote you sent. Or the one you're about to send.. Now be honest. Did you land on that number because you worked it out, or because it felt like the most you could get away with asking? Almost everyone is doing the second one. That's why "what do I charge" is the question I see more than any other. Underneath it there's usually a quieter one: how does Morningside AI sell projects at the numbers it does, when I'm over here quoting four figures. At Morningside we had to learn it too and it wasn't a better product or a bigger team. It was a tweak in our sales process. Scope of projects never changed. Yet our projects scaled from 5-10k builds all the way up to six-figure deals. So here's my question to you. Take the project you'd quote at 2k today. What changes if that exact project goes out at 6k? Not more work. Not a bigger build. The same thing, priced properly. What would that change for your business? For your life? If you want to start signing bigger deals, book a session with a member of our team. They'll find the gaps in your sales approach and show you where your number should actually be. We've already helped hundred of members make the same shift. I've dropped some screenshots below, have a look. Ask yourself why not you. → [BOOK A SESSION AND DISCOVER HOW TO PRICE YOUR PROJECTS THE RIGHT WAY] Nico.

That's what one of mentors also said before. He said to everybody in his co-hort: "whatever you charge today, just add one zero to the price" (i.e. 10x)
Self-improving AIOS
Allegedly AI is ‘intelligent’, so I made use of that. I wrote the following prompt in Claudecode under my AIOS topic and saw good results, so wanted to share with you (feel free to adopt or adapt it as you deem fit for your own business/AIOS: I want to set up two self improvement paths, one for me and one for you. This is an idea and not final instruction, so we can still tweak it a bit base on your input. 1. Set up a new Telegram topic 'Improvements' and post the output of below into that: 2. Set up a self-improvment routine for you. Every Wednesday at 4am SGT find 5 items how you can improve helping me and my business. just to give some samples, this could be making the content of the social media posts better, drive higher engagement or conversions, a strategy to use less tokens, how to save money on ai subscriptions, leveraging from one client to the next, or something totally new that I did not think of. Then post these in numbered bullet-point format into the group created under step 1. Except an output you understand like proceed with no 1, 3 and 5, discard 4 and tweak no two 3. Do something similar for me every Monday morning at 4am and post 5 items to the same Tele topic. For me it could be improvement ideas like 'make more sales calls', increase your prompting skills if you notice they are not good enough, you omitted these high priority tasks - address them now, or something totally different. Likewise, post these in numbered bullet-point format into the group created under step 1. Except an output you understand like proceed with no 1, 3 and 5, discard 4 and tweak no 2 4. Also include why you selected these items and their potential benefits/outcomes or results in each item

Want to see what successful AI agencies are selling in 2026?
At Morningside, we don't sell AI. Strange thing to say when we've worked with Aston Martin, NBA teams and publicly traded companies implementing it. But businesses don't care about the latest AI tool you found. They care about ROI. Over the last few weeks I've shown you different ways to get clients - including walking into a business and booking a meeting in under 20 minutes. Which creates the next question: What do you actually sell once you get the meeting? Next week we're pulling back the curtain on what we're seeing AI agencies sell in 2026. Completely free. Four years of running Morningside, plus what we're seeing across 7,150+ agency owners inside the Accelerator. What businesses are buying. What's working right now. Where we believe the opportunity goes next, based on the data we have. We're doing things different for this event: 1. This is the only post I'm making about it. This will be the last post about it. 2. I'm capping the session at 1,000 people. We usually get 6,000+ registrations. If you want a spot, move fast. Registrations are now open. 6:00pm EDT, Wednesday 23rd September. GRAB YOUR SPOT → https://live.aaaaccelerator.com/us First 1,000 in, then we close it.
