Liver Health Module is Live. I break this down in a way you haven't heard before.
Most women think about their heart, their hormones, their gut. The liver rarely comes up unless something has already gone wrong or a doctor has called them. And yet your liver is quietly running the show every single day. Processing your hormones, managing your cholesterol, handling your weight, filtering everything that shouldn't be there, keeping your energy, skin, mood and digestion functioning the way they should. After 40 though, things shift. The liver that sailed through your thirties may now be quietly struggling in ways you haven't connected yet. Believe me when I say this, a struggling liver shows up as: - Brain fog that wasn't there a few years ago - Tiredness that sleep doesn't fix - Headaches and migraines that come from nowhere - Feeling more emotional or reactive than usual - Digestion that's just a bit off - Weight around the middle that won't budge - Skin that's lost its glow - Waking between 1am and 3am for no obvious reason Often there is a very specific reason behind these things and the liver is right at the centre of it. This module is for you if you are dealing with: - Elevated cholesterol or fatty liver - Hormonal imbalances or blood sugar issues - Digestive sluggishness or unexplained weight gain - Skin conditions or chronic fatigue nobody has properly explained And equally for you if none of those apply but you simply want to support yourself in the best possible way. A well supported liver means better energy, clearer thinking, more stable hormones, easier weight management and a body that genuinely feels good to live in. My goal is simple. Help you understand what is actually going on in your body, in plain language, so things start making sense and you don't feel lost anymore. LIVER HEALTH module works however you need it to. 1. Start with the simple one page plan and that is honestly enough. 2. When you are ready, explore the foods, spices and teas that support your liver most. Watch videos or print out the guides, all yours to dive into at your own pace. 3. And if you like to geek out a bit more, there is optional deeper reading on specific topics like cholesterol, hormones, blood pressure, lifestyle and more.

Some of these sound a bit familiar. I really like your video too - you explain things really clearly and calmly

@Naturopathic coach Kelli I've actually been meaning to ask you - do you have any suggestions for ways to fit this in when you have small people's food preferences and sensitivities to fit in as well? It's one of the things I find hardest about taking action that would benefit me.
Traditional Sauna vs Infrared. Here's My Honest Take.
I am writing the "Liver Health" module, the topic is sauna and I wanted to share few thoughts on this. Let's go back in time :) Growing up, sauna was not a wellness tool. It was just life. Every single night without fail, we had a sauna, 100-120 C degrees! We sat, we sweated, we forgot about the day. We talked, we let the body relax and we wound down. That was how the day officially ended. And in winter, we would run from the steaming hot sauna straight to the frozen lake, jump through the hole cut in the ice, completely naked, then run back in. It was glorious and completely normal to us. That is where my relationship with sauna started. And it has never changed. I genuinely believe traditional sauna is one of the most powerful health and wellness tools available to us. The heat, the sweat, the cardiovascular response, the nervous system reset, the sleep that follows. There is nothing quite like it. And decades of serious research backs this up. Studies following thousands of people over 20 plus years show significant reductions in cardiovascular disease, dementia, respiratory conditions and overall mortality. This is not trend wellness. This is a thousands of years old practice with real evidence behind it. And then there is infrared....... I'll be honest. I can't get on board with it and here's why. Infrared feels to me like a modern, convenient, slightly sterile version of sauna that arrived with very big marketing claims and very little actual research to back them up. I am not convinced about the exposure to the frequencies either. The studies on traditional sauna have been building for decades. The infrared research is thin, recent, and in some areas raises more questions than it answers. My concerns around infrared come down to a few things. Near infrared has been linked to cataract development with repeated exposure, there are open questions around how it interacts with cells that already have some damage, and sitting centimetres away from heating panels multiple times a week for years raises EMF questions that nobody has properly answered yet. Not proven harmful, but not proven safe either and that gap is enough for me.

This is so interesting. When I was a kid we used to like going in the sauna at the swimming pool for a little while, but there was never a culture around it or any real understanding of the practice. Travelling, I've heard it talked about like this in a few places, but never experienced it properly (and honestly the cold plunge would probably put me off a bit haha)

Liver Health module updates
Just a quick update. At the moment I am creating the section called "LIVER and WEIGHT LOSS". I will tell you about: - how I approach weight loss, and I turn it into a full body upgrade hahaaa - what we want to lose and what we don't want to lose - my take on calories - what are the organs that need support so the body can release what it doesn't need - why is it more difficult to lose weight after 40, what is the nature doing And now, it is your time to tell me what else you need to know about weight loss and liver? I am super open. Leave a comment or send me a message So far I have written, recorded and put together quite a few pages for the LIVER HEALTH MODULE. We have got: - the basics about the liver and how it creates a healthy body for you. Very easy and relatable way to understand why all this is relevant other than you - what foods, spices, herbs and teas are supporting the liver + recipes to choose form if you need any inspo - link between liver and emotions - alcohol and liver health, recipes for moctails yummmm I am very excited how it is all coming together because focusing on liver will give you such a boost in your health - energy, digestion, moods, sleep, cholesterol, blood sugars, hormonal balance, skin etc etc etc

The First Real Tool for The Mindset - Tapping With Liz
I wanted to share a little intention behind the Mindset Module here in our community. My goal is to offer different types of mindset tools because we are all unique, and what supports one person may feel completely different for another. Some of you may prefer more traditional therapeutic approaches, others may lean toward somatic tools, tapping, meditation, or more spiritual practices. The Mindset module (in the classroom) is simply a place where you can explore different methods and come back to whatever feels supportive for you at any given time. 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛 Today, I want to introduce Liz and one of her beautiful EFT tapping resources. Liz is a Master EFT Practitioner who also has lived experience parenting a neurodivergent child for over a decade. Her work is very grounded, practical, and easy to follow, and she has a real gift for making emotional regulation tools feel simple and accessible. In the video I am sharing with you, Liz guides you through an EFT tapping session designed: - For the moments when you feel like you have fallen off track. - For the days when you have not stuck to your plan. - For the moments where you feel like you have failed yourself. And for the emotional weight that can come with guilt, shame, or self-judgment. This is a gentle practice that works with your nervous system to help release the emotional intensity around those experiences so you can reset and move forward with more ease. You do not need any experience. Just follow along. Click below to access her tapping video: Tapping With Liz when feeling stuck. If this resonates with you, I encourage you to explore more of her work inside her own community The Nurtured Heart, where she has a large library of supportive tools for women, neurodivergent parenting, emotional regulation, and stress relief.

Little Boost For Your Liver
We are living in a world where we are exposed to processed food, synthetic chemicals in our skincare, cleaning products and plastics. Plus more daily stress than any previous generation has had to carry. All of this makes our livers work harder than ever just to keep up. When the liver is overloaded, you feel it everywhere. - Fatigue that sleep does not fix. - Skin that has lost its glow. - Hormones that feel chaotic. - Bloating after meals that should be fine. - Brain fog that follows you through the day. - Weight around the middle that will not shift. The good news is that small changes make a real difference. Here are three simple things you can do for your liver this week: 1. Warm lemon water first thing in the morning Before your coffee, before anything else. Warm water with half a lemon squeezed in. It stimulates bile flow, gently wakes the liver up and costs nothing. Try it for a week and notice how your digestion feels. 2. A small handful of rocket before your main meal Bitter greens are one of the simplest and most overlooked liver supporters. Most women have never connected them to their hormones. Dress with a little olive oil and lemon and let it do its quiet work. 3. Notice how you feel after a fatty meal After salmon, avocado, eggs or anything rich. If you feel nauseous, heavy or bloated afterwards, that is a bile flow signal worth paying attention to. Healthy fats should feel completely fine. If they do not, your liver is flagging something. While you are busy giving all this a go, I will keep polishing the liver health module so you can get your liver the best support possible, naturally.
