Hi Gaby, I finally got a chance to try this class, and I love it! Thank you for putting this together😃 This is a great stretch for my tight hamstrings. The stretches where we are lying on our sides was challenging for me, so I will keep practising this one, because it feels really great! ☺️🙏

✨ Quick Yogalates Tip
Your breath is your built-in reset button. If a pose feels shaky or your mind feels busy, slow your exhale — it instantly relaxes your nervous system and helps your muscles switch from “tense” to “open.” One breath can change the whole practice. 🧘‍♀️ Have a great day 💛

Wow, this really works! I have such a hard time with tightness in my hips and hamstrings, but slowing down and breathing out slowly really did relax the tight spots 🥰
