Over the past few months, I’ve realized something 💡 AI isn’t the transformation. Systems are. ⚙️ Like a lot of people, I started by collecting prompts, trying new tools, and experimenting with automations 🤖 But eventually I realized I didn’t have a tool problem. I had a systems problem. What I was really missing was an Operating System. So I started building one 🌱 Not just for business... But for work, learning, personal growth, decision-making, and daily life. Because the goal isn’t to use more AI. The goal is to make better decisions with AI. 🧠 That shift changed how I think about everything. Less tool-chasing. More clarity. More structure. The money category is very very disputed. But I manage to keep Roast & Promote consistently between 300 and 330 on discovery, since week 1, and even got to 264 on a particular day where many people joined. Discovery results has many factors, but the main one is engagement. And here is how I keep my community highly engaged. 1. Brand: my brand is built around what people will do inside my community, not around what I will provide. That way people already join knowing that they can make roasts and get roasted, and somehow promote themselves just by checking the name. 2. The onboarding process: More about it here. But in short, I don't welcome people with a long list of things they should check. I simply start a casual conversation and make it clear they can start posting right away with no obstacles, no journey, no manual. Just submit a roast or start roasting other posts. Simple. If they want to learn more or have any questions, there is a link in the welcoming post that compiles posts that answer common questions. 3. Competition: People are not only rewarded for making posts, but also for answering other people's posts. That way the community gets full engagement without depending on me. People are not ignored because the best roasters get a pinned post ad at the top. There are other competition aspects, but the roaster of the week is the main one. 4. Fun: I don't take myself too seriously. The community has a fun brand, a fun language and lot's of potential for exploring fire gifs, BBQ tips, dragon lore and High Skool. I have fun and people have fun.
