Am I Dogmatic?
https://x.com/Huanqiu_com/status/1990349440922579354/mediaViewer?currentTweet=1990349440922579354&currentTweetUser=Huanqiu_com. The video I clipped is of a smart bus stop in Suzhou with heated seats and a wireless phone charger. How many homeless ppl's eye contact am i going to have to break, how many pigeon shit crusted subway stations I walk past, how many more school shootings will I have to hear about and scroll past. I recite to myself America is a free country with same sex marriage. That has been the copium I've held onto for the past 4 years. It's starting to sound like a thought stopping cliché, that I am to close my eyes to the unhoused, the pigeon shit and the posts of school shootings and tell myself that my country is great and I breathe free. That the price of freedom includes: Mia Tretta a survivor of the 2019 Saugus High School shooting in Santa Clarita, and Zoe Weissman survived the 2018 Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida. Now both who lived through the Brown University shooting. Im tired and cold, I recite to myself that this is all worth it and its starting to feel like an empty ritual without real convictions. That the price of freedom is to dehumanize the ppl who deleted themselves on subway stations that yay the trains moving again and you can get to work on time. To step pass pigeon shit or the same broken step thats been there since 2022. The price of freedom now includes the comeback of Measles. My marriage is still recognized. And I close my eyes to the issues around me and enjoy my Gay Canadian Hockey smut. The party didn't have to tell me to close my eyes and ears. I am doing so myself of my own free will.

@Francesco Dell'Anna i fear you have made a false equivalency between stabbings and mass shootings. When you bring up crime stats I feel the innate urge to the govt to clamp down even harder on crime. PRC has lost me when it chose to crack down on queer media. In the US our consumer dollars have a powerful effect on the powers that be. In PRC your popularity is irrelevant to the greater social cohesion. Everytime i hear for greater security I also hear PRC dogwhistles. I ask again am I being dogmatic in favor of America, have I brought up valid complaints unlikely to be addressed, or are they the necessary price for liberty?

@Francesco Dell'Anna https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12042350/ I followed him when he still went by Laowhy86. A one sided coverage of only negative reviews on the PRC destroys attempts at nuanced critique and pushes moderates leftward. Its similar to the leftists who only want to focus on Washington enslaving 600 Africans or that Washington stole teeth from Africans for his dentures. Ignoring that Washington gave up a chance at dictatorial power.
The Plot to Slaughter Christians at a Christmas Market
There is an old saying in the Middle East that isn't a metaphor. It is a schedule. It whispers a promise that the West refuses to hear: "First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people." For years, you were told that the rage burning across the Middle East was about borders, or maps, or the specific grievances of "Palestinians." You were told it was local. You were lied to. I saw a beautiful civilization, my own home of Iran, suffocated by this exact ideology. I know what the early stages look like because I have lived through the end result. This past weekend in Bavaria, the schedule moved forward. Five men sat in a room plotting to drive a vehicle through a crowded Christmas market. These were not desperate refugees fleeing persecution. They were three Moroccans, a Syrian, and an Egyptian imam who used the pulpit to demand blood. Their target was not an embassy or a military base. It was families drinking hot chocolate. It was children looking at lights. They did not plan this slaughter because of a settlement in the West Bank. They planned it because you are Christian, because you are secular, and because you exist. The Jewish people are simply the first line of defense in a war against civilization itself. When that line breaks, the violence does not stop. It expands. If you think you can buy safety by looking away when they come for the Jews, you are tragically mistaken. When they are done with Saturday, they are coming for Sunday. To invite this ideology into your home and call it diversity is not tolerance. It is not multiculturalism. It is a slow, agonizing suicide.

How do we separate the good from bad Muslims? Theres a lot of warnings but not a lot of good examples to emulate. Its either too soft like the UK or too harsh like the PRC. Are there any good solutions we can rally around?

So Russia is the near west and England the Far west?
Spectrum of Assimilation
What is the level of assimilation/integration youre ok with? 1. NYC the most suface level ppl are free to mix about but choose to self segregate into their communities but are in distance to one another. Their children attend the same public schools so bengali muslim, tamil hindus, black anglicans, catholic mexicans and chinese confucianists are raised around one another to an extent. 2. Singapore Ethnic quotas, each floor of each building must have a quota for one of the 4 ethnicities of Singapore to promote racial harmony. 3. American residential schools. A policy of separating children from their parents so they only know English and assimilate into the US job market. (Kill the Indian save the child). (Kill the belief save the believer) adjusted with modern surveillance technology for safety and surviability of those involved. Maybe they can livestream their experience to help off set tuition cost. 4. Xingjiang Vocational schools a PRC policy of rounding up suspected terrorists so they can be reintegrated into society. And your doctrine must be approved by secular authorities. Same as 3. Mix and match which countries should implement which plans. Please lmk if I left any plans out.

The Suicide Pact of the Open Society
Here is the recording of our latest group discussion. Civilization is not a default state of nature. It is a garden that must be fenced and weeded. If you refuse to pull the weeds because you believe every plant has an intrinsic right to grow, you do not get a diverse forest. You get a graveyard. This was the uncomfortable realization at the center of our latest daily session. The room wrestled with the limits of the Non-Aggression Principle when faced with enemies who view tolerance as a weakness to be exploited. We did not just speak in theory. We analyzed the specific machinery of subversion happening right now. The group dissected the current right-wing media ecosystem, drawing a sharp line between "mercenary" influencers like Tucker Carlson and "true believers" like Nick Fuentes. We examined the flow of Qatari billions into Western universities and the recent attacks in Sydney not as isolated news events, but as symptoms of a system that has lost its immune response. The consensus was heavy. To survive the current siege, the West may have to abandon the polite neutrality that once made it great. This conversation was not scripted; it was a collision of minds dismantling comfortable lies in real-time. If you are tired of curated feeds and want to engage with raw political philosophy as it happens, join us for the next session. Weeds can often be domesticated into something useful. Then the issue comes down to who elects the gardener and how are they elected. Uniform monocultures degrade soil health you need to introduce crop rotation to maintain a healthy field / ecosystem. We recreate an elite group of Aristocrats who have the privilege of education to govern the rabble. A self selecting group that eventually ossifies and is trapped in an echo chamber of its own making. A process that is happening in the CPC due it's own examination and interview processes. And one I fear is beginning to happen to America.
