Let me know if there is actually an opportunity here, thanks!...Jim G: "Trade an old note and deed of trust for a Car or Truck I have an old note and deed of trust for $15,000 with more than 10 years in arrears I forgot I had it then couldn't locate the address for a few years looking to trade for a car total due 33k + 15k approximate, Or cash.. $48,000. Trade? What do you have? All assets considered. Prefer not to sell it , actually but rather borrow against it 5-10k A simple hypothecation would be great. If not a sale trade ok [Original} First was only 90k when recorded Lost the note (can obtain a bond of course) Property now valued at more than 600,000 Windfall.. Principals only please"
